SO yeah, apparently Iceland is in a bad way. With foreign investment in excess of 8 times it's national output, it's on the verge of going bankrupt......BANKRUPT!!! How the hell does a country go bankrupt?!?

Internet bank Icesave went down the other day and a lot of people (300,000 UK residents) are a bit worse off. Yet the whole Iceland issue has been in the news for a little while now and no-one thought to get their money out while they still had the chance......

....call me cynical but, seriously, you'd get it out of there wouldn't ya?! IMMEDIATELY

But yes, even crippling global recessions have a funny side

The Funniest Comic

So yes, a few friends from uni came to visit a few weeks back and a certain Ben Nettleton decided that this would be the funniest comic I could ever draw

Was hoping to draw some this weekend but I think my weekend is going to be mostly taken up trying to pitch some stuff to The King Blues, who I may be doing some album artwork for, and who were absolutely excellent in Camden last night

One Big Paella

Holy onomatopoeia Batman! I haven't posted anything in far too long! Been busy ya see......yeah I know, no-one will ever believe that line

Anyways, this comic has been almost a month in the making because yes, I am lazy.

Last time my mum and dad came to visit in London (yes that's my dad in the omic, not Obi Wan Kenobi) we met up in Covent Garden for lunch and wanderings. Walking through the covered food market, we looked down into this big pit thing and whaddayaknowit?!? There's some Spanish fellas cooking a bloody HUGE Paella! I mean it, HUGE!! You could have set sail in the pan!! The conversation went pretty much exactly like that

I think I got away with it.....
